    EASY Nut-glazed Coffeecake

    1 c coarsely chopped pecans
    3/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/4 c brewed coffee
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2/3 c sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 (17 oz) can Pillsbury “Grand” buttermilk biscuits

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan with butter; sprinkle bottom with 3/4 c chopped pecans. Combine brown sugar, coffee & 1/2 stick melted butter; pour into pan, reserving about 1/4th of it. Separate biscuits, cut in half. Combine sugar & cinnamon. Dredge each biscuit half in the 1 stick melted butter, then sugar/cinnamon mix. Arrange about 2/3rds of them upright around edge of pan then remaining halves, upright, in center Top with reserved 1/4th of syrup; sprinkle with remaining pecans.

    Bake at 350 for about 25-28 mins. Let stand 10 mins to set. Turn out on platter; pour left-over melted butter (if any) over top. Serve warm.
