1 pound pork sausage
3 Tbls shortening
3 Tbls flour
2 cups milk
salt
pepperRecipe
Fry the sausage in a large frying pan, breaking up into little bits. Add the shortening. Stir in the flour. Add milk and cook until it is gravy thickness. Add salt and pepper. Serve over hot cooked biscuits.
