    Breakfast Casserole

    Source of Recipe

    internet

    List of Ingredients

2 Tubes of Jimmy Dean Mild Sausage
3 Packages (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
    2 Packages Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

    Recipe

Cook Jimmy Dean Sausage in pan on stove. Make sure it is in bite sized chunks. Drain sausage and let cool for a few minutes. Add sausage to cream cheese in bowl.

In a baking or casserole dish, greased with cooking spray, flatten crescent rolls (one package for bottom and one for top). Make crescent rolls one big flat piece. Press on seams to make sure there are no gaps.

Add cream cheese and sausage mixture. Top with other package of crescent rolls (do the same). Try to pinch the edges of both layers of rolls together on the sides.

Bake for about 1/2 hour in 350ºF oven. Serve warm.

Total Time: 30 min.; Makes: 6-12 servings

Posted by: mrschieflww:I found this post while looking for a breakfast dish without eggs. Did it last week and we loved it. DH asked to repeat it this week. I cut it in half and it did great. I used half of one can of the crescents for the bottom and the other half for the top.
Since I cut the recipe in half for us, I used a small glass dish approximately 7x7. I patted the crescents out to fit just right for this dish. Nancy
