    Easy Cinnamon Rolls

    Source of Recipe

    bb

    Recipe Introduction

Here is a quick and easy cinnamon roll recipe using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. I’ve had this recipe for over 20 years and my family never grows tired of them. Whenever I’ve brought these to a brunch people ask if they are homemade (I always tell the truth though!).

    List of Ingredients

    2 rolls Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
    4 tablespoons butter, softened
    8 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon (I now use the Saigon Cinnamon that I heard about on this bb)

    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    About 2 tablespoons milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    Dash of salt

    Recipe

Separate the rolls into 8 rectangles; spread with butter. (I place the rectangles on a large piece of waxed paper as it makes the clean-up very easy.) Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rectangles. Roll up each rectangle and cut into thirds.

Place into a greased 9” x 13” pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Mix powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over rolls. (I’m not exactly sure about the amount of milk, just enough so it is easy to drizzle over the rolls.)

    Makes 24 rolls.
