Banana Pudding Cake

2 bananas
4 - serving size pkg. Banana Creme Instant Pudding Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 yellow cake mix (2 layer)
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil



Recipe



Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend & then beat at medium mixer speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased & floured bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for a hour.

Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan & let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
