    Butterscotch Pecan Pound Cake

    1 c. soft butter
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp)
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 2/3 c. all purpose flour
    1 t. vanilla
    1 t. vanilla butter nut flavoring*
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips

    Recipe



    Beat butter and cream cheese for 2 mins. Slowly add sugar and beat for 5-7 min.

    Add eggs 1 at a time just till yellow disappears. Slowly add flour at low speed. Do not overmix. Stir in flavorings, nuts and chips.

    Bake in a greased bundt pan 325ºF for 80 mins.


    *Vanilla butter nut flavoring might be hard to find. It's by Durkee.
