    Mix together:
    2 cups water
    2 eggs

    Add:
    2 pkgs. Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread Mix
    2 cups pecans--whole or chopped (I like them whole)
    2 cups dates, chopped
    2 cups candied cherries--about 1 lb.
    1 cup candied pineapple

    Recipe



    Put in floured & greased bundt pan (or tube pan). Bake at 350�F for 75-85 min. or til toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 30 min. Then put on plate and cool completely.

    (I have halved this recipe and baked it in a large bread pan. Adjust time for baking accordingly.)
