2 1/2 cups nonfat powdered milk
2 2/3 cups raw oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves ground
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 cup raisins
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, choppedRecipe
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl; add applesauce and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Pour batter into a bundt pan, that has been coated with pam.
Bake at 350�F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Great with yogurt or light cool whip and a cup of tea or coffee...Enjoy...
