    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 cups white sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups sliced peaches
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

    In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches and pecans. Mix thoroughly by hand.

    Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan and bake for 50 minutes or until done. Makes 1 - 9x13 inch pan.

I didn't have the pecans unfortunatley, as I know it would have been great with them. I did add about ½ tsp. of almond extract which gave it a nice flavor. Very simple, moist, delicious cake. Thanks for a great recipe! Marlene
