2 cans (20 ounce each) crushed pineapple with juice drained from 1 can
1 box white cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut-up
2 cups pecans
Ice Cream or Whipped Cream


Recipe



Spread pineapple in a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple; dot evenly with butter; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 8-10.
