    3 eggs
    1 (15 ounce) jar apple butter (about 1-1/2 cups)
    1 box spice cake mix
    White Chocolate Almond Frosting

    Beat eggs and apple butter together until blended. Add the dry cake mix. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a sprayed 10-cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350° 40 to 50 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly on top with your fingertips. (Mine was done at 40 minutes.) Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto cake plate and cool completely. Spoon half a container of White Chocolate Almond Icing into a microwave safe cup. Microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds, just until it becomes pourable but not too thin. Dribble over the cooled cake. Frosting will firm back up in just a few minutes if the cake is completely cool.

    Posted by: gaudrey_GA 11/2/2003 / The house smells great - just the way fall is supposed to smell. I just used my old standby, T&T sweet bread recipe and baked it in a Bundt pan. As soon as it cools, I'm icing with White Chocolate Almond frosting.
