    2 cups sweet potatoes, baked or boiled
    6 Tablespoons butter
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon apple pie spice
    1 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 9-inch pie crusts

    Recipe



    Melt butter and add to potatoes. Add sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, spice and milk. Mix well. Pour into 2 pie shells.

    Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
