1-2 eggs, beaten
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts
crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 C butter, cut into chunks

Recipe



Beat eggs, add some garlic salt and pepper to eggs. Dip chicken breast in egg, then roll in crushed Ritz crackers.
Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray, then add butter chunks and place around chicken. Bake at 375�F for 40 minutes. The chicken is so buttery and tender.
