CREAMY CHICKEN AND NOODLE BAKE

List of Ingredients




8 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
4 c. hot water
4 chicken boullion cubes
6 T. butter or margarine
6 T. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
pinch pepper
4 C. diced cooked chicken
3 T. parsley flakes

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare noodles according to package directions and drain. Dissolve cubes in hot water and reserve. In saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings. Slowly add reserved water. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and noodles. Gently mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 6-8 servings.
