2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. canned, sliced mushrooms, reserve liquid
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped almonds, divided
2 c. chow mein noodles, divided
Recipe
Heat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Mix well soup, chicken, mushrooms and liquid, onion, celery, 1 1/2 c. almonds and 1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles. Top with 1/2 c. almonds. Bake 40 - 60 mins. until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with reserve chow mein noodles. Serve.
