Chicken Noodle Casserole

2 cans chicken white meat, drained and flaked
1 (12 oz) bag wide egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp soy sauce
1/3 c milk or water or chicken stock
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
16 Ritz crackers, crushed finely
2 Tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste Recipe
Cook noodles according to pkg directions, draining noodles 1 min before fully cooked. In a lg bowl, combine chicken, both cans of soup, cheese, soy sauce, milk (or stock or water), garlic and onion powder and season with salt and pepper as desired. Carefully fold in noodles. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour noodle mixture into dish. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over noodle mixture. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 45 min or until bubbly.
Serves 6 generously.
