Chicken Stuffing Casserole

8 pieces chicken (thigh, breast or leg) I use boneless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 can milk
1 package Stove Top Stuffing MixRecipe
Place chicken in 9 x 13 casserole. Cover with cheese. Combine soup and milk; spread over cheese.
Bake about 1 hour at 350ºF.
Make stuffing as directed on package. (Chopped celery and onion may be added if desired.) Put stuffing on top of baked chicken. Bake about 30 minutes longer until stuffing is heated and browned.
Serves 8.
