Country Chicken (T&T)

2 - 3 lbs. roasting chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. whipping cream
Recipe
Roll chicken pieces in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until browned on both sides. Drain chicken on paper towels then set in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. In same skillet, saute onions and mushrooms. Stir in whipping cream. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover with foil and bake at 325� for 1 hour or until done.
*I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
