Oriential Chicken Casserole

List of Ingredients
3 cups of poached chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 cups diced celery
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (5 oz.) can of water chestnuts, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can chow mein noodlesRecipe
Sprinkle the chicken with the soy sauce and lemon juice. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the almonds and noodles.
Spoon into a buttered 1-1/2 Qt. casserole and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with the crispy Chow Mein Noodles. [You can heat lightly in the oven for a few minutes~Janie/jcz04]
