List of Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten to a froth
3 cups milk
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt


Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water as directed on the package and drain.

Return to the pot and add the butter, then the eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese and add salt to taste.

Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the liquid is firm but not dry.

Serves 4-6
