Recipe Introduction


Serves: 6; Effort: easy; Comments: I like to make this up ahead of time to where all I have to do it throw it in the oven. Nice for when we have company.


List of Ingredients




1-1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper
1 onion, diced
1 green peppers, diced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
1 can yellow cream style corn
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cup grated mild cheddar cheese

Recipe



Brown meat, onion, & peppers in skillet. Cook noodles til done. Add all to meat. Mix. Put in 9x13" baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Cover with grated cheese. Bake 350ºF 30 - 40 min.
