List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
24 oz. tomato sauce
10 oz. egg noodles
2 Tbs. margarine
3 med. onions
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Recipe



Brown hamburger. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook slowly 15 mins. Cook noodles. Saute onions in margarine. Add cream cheese and sour cream to margarine. In greased 9x13" pan, layer half the noodles, half cream mixture, half meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle on mozzarella and bake 20 mins. at 350ºF.
