    SOUR CREAM BEEF CASSEROLE (T&T)

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. small thin noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    6 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1 T. sugar
    salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook noodles & set aside.

    Brown beef and drain fat. Add tomato sauce & sugar to meat. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Mixture will be lumpy.

    Grease a 2 qt. baking dish. Layer noodles, meat and cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350º for 20-25 mins.

    Serves 6.
