    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello
    1 lg. can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, reserve juice
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese with a little of the pineapple juice. Cook cream cheese, Jello & pineapple together until bubbly and the cream cheese melts. Remove from heat. Add sugar & water. Chill partially, then add the sour cream. Put in a 8" x 12" or 9" x 13" dish. Sprinkle with pecans and chill for several hours. This is rich so serve in small portions.
