    2 small pkgs orange Jello
    1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 cups hot water
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice

    Topping:
    1 small pkg lemon instant pudding
    1 cup cold milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream

    Recipe



    Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in frozen orange juice, undiluted. Chill for a few minutes. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour into 7 x 12 inch shallow pan to congeal.

    Topping: Prepare pudding mix with milk. Blend into whipped cream. Spread on Jello.

    Serves 12
