Base:
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup softened butter

Filling:
1 small box lemon pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Frosting:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
3 to 5 teaspoons water

Recipe



BASE:
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping, press remainder in the bottom of a greased 15 x 10-inch pan.

Filling:
Combine pudding, sweetened condensed milk and lemon extract; mix well. Spread over crust, then sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 30 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine confectioners' sugar, lemon extract and water.
Drizzle over warm bars. Cool completely and store in refrigerator.
