2 cups sugar
dash salt
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup oil
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
Cream cheese topping:
1-3/4 cups powder sugar
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 stick oleo, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softenedRecipe
Combine dry & liquid together. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan, 15 x 10. Bake 350ºF for 20 mins. Cool completely. Frost with Cream cheese frosting.
Cream cheese topping:
Blend all but powdered sugar, put it in last.
Spread on cooled bars. Store in refrigerator.
