24 Graham crackers
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange graham crackers on foil, laying them as close together as possible. Snug foil up closely to edge of crackers.
In a saucepan, mix butter, margarine and sugar together. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Stir nuts into hot mixture until well coated.
Spread mixture over graham crackers and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into strips following the perforated lines on graham crackers. Put on cooling racks and let them cool until praline is set and no longer sticky.
