Recipe Introduction


Here is the easy, yummy recipe printed again. Our absolute favorite flavor thus far is strawberry. (Just substitute strawberry cake mixes for the lemon, or whatever flavor you desire).


List of Ingredients




3 eggs
2 (18 1/4-oz.) packages Duncan Hines lemon cake mix (or other flavor)
1 (8-oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup powdered confectioner’s sugar

Recipe



In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cake mixes and whipped topping; mix well. Chill dough for at least 3 hours.

Drop by tablespoonfuls into powdered sugar; coat thoroughly and roll into balls. Place balls on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes.

Makes 8 dozen.
