CARAMEL PECAN COOKIES

List of Ingredients




2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 softened stick of butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup half and half
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 c. chopped toasted pecans
8 oz. Rolo candies, cut in half

Recipe



Combine flour and baking soda together and set aside.

Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar. Add in egg, half and half, and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture slowly.

Then add toasted pecans and Rolo candies cut in half.

Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets and bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.

Cool on racks .. makes 3 dozen
