1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. light corn syrup
4 1/2 cups raw regular oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) red, white, and blue candy-coated chocolate chips - can find M&Ms, this color near July 4th
2 tsps. baking soda

(THERE IS NO FLOUR LISTED IN RECIPE!)

Beat sugars and butter at low speed until creamy. Add eggs and next 3 ingredients, beating until combined. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients. Drop by Tablespoons (or cookie scoop) onto UNgreased baking sheets.

Bake in batches at 350 degrees for 15 min. Remove to wire racks to cool. Preheat oven for best results, and this makes aprox. 5 dozen!

Posted by: TriainAtlanta: This was in the Southern Living Magazine I just rec'd., so I haven't tried it, but their recipes are usually pretty good. This might be fun for 4th of July! (Other posters stated that the oats would be used in lieu of flour.)
