    Crackle Top Peanut Butter Cookies (T&T)

    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 t. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. baking soda
    Additional sugar for rolling

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter and vanilla.

    In small bowl, sift flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well.

    Shape teaspoonful of dough into balls. Roll in sugar.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 mins.
