2/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs -- beaten
1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
6 cups oatmeal -- not quick cook
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups raisins
12 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in sugars, eggs and peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Add oats, soda, raisins and chocolate chips (mixture will be sticky). Drop on greased baking sheet with #20 ice cream scoop or large spoon. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes for large 3" diameter cookies. Cool on cooling rack.

NOTES : The scoop # refers to the number of scoops in a quart. A #20 scoop would hold about 1/4 cup about 60 cookies. With a #64 you will get 120 cookies.
