1 box yellow cake mix or butter cake mix
1/3 C oil
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Recipe



Mix cakemix with the oil and eggs. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop cookie "dough" by Tablespoons onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. I use a small teaspoon and make a little dent in each cookie and drop a cherry into each dent. Bake at 350ºF for about 10 minutes.

Posted by: cathy89025: These cookies taste just like cheesecake. I'm serious, these really do taste just like little mini cheese cakes. I make these all year round and they never last more than a couple days. For a lighter recipe you could use applesauce in place of the oil. Or, for a more sinful recipe just use melted real butter.
