    List of Ingredients

    1 [18.25 oz] cake mix [no pudding]
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    Mix or match the following:

    6 oz min chocolate chips
    6 oz butterscotch chips
    6 oz peanut butter chips
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 apple grated
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Combine cake mix, eggs and oil; mix well. Then add one or more of the optional ingredients.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake for 9-12 min.
