    1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine - melted

    Mix the above together and press into a 13x9 pan.

    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
    1 (1 lb) box 10X powdered sugar
    3 eggs

    Mix together well and pour on top of above mixture. Bake at 325ºF for 55 minutes.
