1 box lemon cake mix
2 cups Cool Whip
1 egg
powdered sugar


Recipe



Mix first three ingredients together. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar (or, as dough is sticky, drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar and roll to coat). Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF until edges are golden brown and cookies have a snowflake appearance. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
