Red Velvet Cookies and not only are they delicious, but they are really easy and very festive looking.


List of Ingredients




1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 Tbsp water
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
12 oz bag white chocolate chips

Recipe



Mix together. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350ºF on lightly greased cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes.


Notes: This recipe made about 4 1/2 dozen cookies using my small (about 1 3/8" across) cookie scoop. I think they came out a little better on parchment paper than on the cookie sheets and were definitely easier to remove. They had an abundance of chips - in fact I may use a little less next time.
