2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 lg. eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 cups AP flour
4 tsps. baking soda
1 T. ginger
2 tsps. cinnamon
2 tsps. cloves
1 tsp. saltRecipe
Blend oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Stir in molasses.
Combine dry ingredients on a piece of waxed paper. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamd mixture.
Shape into balls and dip in sugar.
Bake on UNGREASED cookie sheets for 10 to 12 minutes at 350�F.
Makes 5 dozen
