    2(8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 no.2 can crush pineapple w/juice
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans
    2 pkgs. dream whip
    red food coloring

    Recipe



    Cream cheese and sugar together. Add next four ingredients. Mix Dream Whip. Add food coloring and fold into the cream cheese. Chill before serving. Don't freeze.

    This was my Mom's favorite dessert thus the name.
