    Another Crockpot Ham (T&T)

    Use a lower salt content ham so it's not too salty.

    List of Ingredients




    1 butt portion ham (make sure it will fit in your crockpot)
    2 c. water

    Recipe



    Trim fat (or you can do this after cooking). Place ham in crockpot with the water. Cook on low at least 8 hours; may cook longer.

    Take ham out and trim fat (if not already done). Cut in small cubes. [Ham might be stringy if you shred it.]

    Serve with assorted rolls, mayonnaise and regular mustard. [Regular mustard allows the ham flavor to come through.]
