Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles

Recipe Introduction
Chicken and carrots simmer in the slow cooker in a creamy sauce spiked with lemon juice, garlic and mustard.
List of Ingredients
2 cans (10-3/4 oz. ea.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TB Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp. garlic granules
8 large carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
8 boneless chicken breast halves
8 cups hot cooked egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Recipe
MIX soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and carrots in crock pot/slow cooker.
Add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve over cooked noodles. Sprinkle with a garnish of parsley.
Makes 8 servings.
