    Crockpot Chicken and Sausage Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 Tablespoon oil
    1 pound sweet Italian sausage
    1 pound boneless chicken breasts
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    10 ounces frozen spinach
    3 cups chicken broth
    28 ounces diced tomatoes or whole, undrained
    15 ounces red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

    In a skillet add oil and sausage sliced. Fry until 1/2 cooked. Drain well on paper towel. Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Place all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on high 4 - 6 hours.
