This doubles and triples really well, depending on how many you want to serve. I've never had it turn out badly!


List of Ingredients




1 Package Beef (whatever is cheapest since it cooks all day and tenderizes)
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Can French Onion Soup



Recipe



Cut the beef into serving size chunks or strips. Toss it into the crockpot with the soups and cook on high about 6 - 7 hours. It's great served over rice or noodles!
