    2 - 4 lb Pork Loin Roast
    Adobo seasoning
    Applesauce
    3 T Vegetable Oil

    Recipe



    Lightly season the pork loin with Adobo. Brown pork loin on all sides in hot oil in skillet. Spray crock lightly with cooking spray. Place pork loin in crock. Pour applesauce over pork loin. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
