    Fluffy Pumpkin Dessert

    CRUST:
    2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    12 T. margarine, melted

    Combine and press firmly into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes.

    FILLING:
    2 (3 oz) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) pumpkin
    1 1/2 t. pie spice
    2 c. whipped topping

    Recipe

    Add pudding to milk. Mix slowly till blended. Add pumpkin and spice mix. Blend slowly and then blend in topping. Pour over crust and chill several hours.

    My notes:
    P.S. I added some ginger to the crust because gingersnaps would be great, but I didn't have any! Also, I used 1 stick of butter in the crust, instead of 12 Tbs. margarine-it was rich & awesome!!!
