First Layer:
1 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted

Press into 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 350°F.

Second Layer:
Mix 1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (whipped)

Spread on crust.

Third Layer:
Mix 2 small boxes lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat @ low speed until thick. - spread on top of second layer. Top with additional Cool Whip.

Chill. Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
