    1/2 lb. Ground turkey
    4 Scallions, sliced 1/4"
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. Ginger, grated
    1 tsp. Toasted sesame oil
    1 tsp. Fish sauce
    2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp. Chili flakes
    6 each Shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
    1 rib Celery, very finely chopped
    1 Carrot, very finely chopped

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together well.

    Shape the meat into little meatballs, rolling about one Tbsp. of the mixture between your hands.

    Bake or sauté the meatballs until cooked through. Try not to overcook, or they will be dry.

    Serve with your favorite Asian dipping sauce or some store-bought chili garlic sauce.
