Asian Meatballs

1/2 lb. Ground turkey
4 Scallions, sliced 1/4"
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Ginger, grated
1 tsp. Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. Fish sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 tsp. Chili flakes
6 each Shiitake mushrooms, sliced and saut�ed
1 rib Celery, very finely chopped
1 Carrot, very finely chopped Recipe
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together well.
Shape the meat into little meatballs, rolling about one Tbsp. of the mixture between your hands.
Bake or saut� the meatballs until cooked through. Try not to overcook, or they will be dry.
Serve with your favorite Asian dipping sauce or some store-bought chili garlic sauce.
