Greek Spaghetti

16 ounces cooked spaghetti
1 bulb garlic
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons chicken base
Recipe
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Smash garlic bulb with mallet to loosen skin. Peel garlic and rough cut.
In a skillet, lightly saut� garlic in butter over medium heat. Do not burn. Stir in chicken base.
Place half of garlic mixture in a bowl. Top with spaghetti. Add remaining garlic mixture and toss. Let set at least 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
Note: Tastes better the next day. Reheat to serve. Excellent served with chicken.
