List of Ingredients

1 (10 oz) frozen spinach
6-8 large potatoes, cooked & mashed
3/4 c sour cream
2 t salt
1 t sugar
1/4 t pepper
2 t chopped chives
1/4 t dill weed
4 Tbs butter melted
1 c grated cheese


Recipe

Thaw and drain spinach. Combine all except cheese. Mix well. Put in greased casserole. Top with cheese & bake 400ºF for 20 minutes.
